Gerhard Coertzen
Quantity Surveyor
Gerhard has over 14 years of Quantity Surveying experience, working on multi-million-dollar construction projects across Namibia. His expertise includes cost estimation, Bills of Quantities, payment valuations, cost control, project administration and contract management. He has experience working across both professional quantity surveying and contractor environments, providing practical insight into project costs and commercial requirements. His approach supports accurate financial planning, effective cost management and informed decision-making throughout the construction process, helping projects remain commercially controlled while meeting their required standards and objectives.
Jacques De Langen
Managing Director
Jacques has over 20 years of construction experience, specialising in construction and site management, project coordination, quality control, Health & Safety, tendering and contract administration. He has managed major building, civil and infrastructure projects across Namibia, including projects valued at over N$200 million. His experience combines strong project leadership with practical knowledge of construction delivery, ensuring projects are effectively coordinated from planning through completion while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and performance.
